During the course Graphic design & Typography 1, I created several print designs. The design were mainly created in Adobe InDesign, with additional elements created in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. The aim was to combine typography, images, colors in clever and well thought layouts and compositions.

Spreading awareness through design

The assignment: Plastics polluting our waters - what can you as a graphic designer do?
Given the task, I decided to create material for a campaign with the aim to educate people about plastic pollution. The idea with the poster was also to provoke the receiver to hopefully get the attention. I used InDesign, Illustrator and Procreate during this assignment.

Designing to a story

The assignment: Create a fitting design to a given text
The task was to create a design to a text about space and the things that has been sent up there. I decided to go for collage style images that I created in Photoshop to be able to convey the story. I used InDesign and Photoshop during this project.

From sketch to poster

The assignment: Create a kids show poster from a easy sketch
The task was to create a poster design from a sketch task, where the idea was to combine an animals with nouns and then do rapid sketches. I chose my 10 second sketch of a tired giraffe to turn into a poster. The idea with the poster was to do it playful but minimalist. During this project I used InDesign and Illustrator.
